Hong Kong Leader Carrie Lam said she has been getting around sanctions that limit her ability to do banking by collecting her salary in cash. In an interview with the South China Morning Post, Lam told Chief News Editor Yonden Lhatoo that she only withdraws part of her salary and keeps it in a drawer at her residence in Government House.
