Amit Malviya, the head of the BJP's IT cell has alleged that "Khalistanis and Maoists" have stepped in to oppose. He said the Arvind Kejriwal government has already notified the new farm laws but now that the Khalistanis and Maoists stepped in, he saw an opportunity to "burn down" the national capital.
