Bukit Aman is calling for a committee to be formed to review conflicting post-mortem reports on Dutch model Ivana Smit who reportedly fell to her death at a condominium in Kuala Lumpur three years ago.br br Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said due to the conflicting post-mortem reports in Malaysia and the Netherlands, police had proposed to the Deputy Public Prosecutor to set up the committee to review the case.
