Delhi's Health Minister Satyendra Jain said on Tuesday that 3726 new cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the capital in a day. He also said that the rate of RT-PCR test has also been reduced from Rs 2400 to Rs 800. Jain said that home sampling would cost Rs 1200.
