Kedah Mentri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor has given his assurance that the Ulu Muda Forest Reserve water catchment area will not be disturbed, Dewan Rakyat was told.
Environment and Water Minister Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said that on Thursday, adding that his ministry takes this matter very seriously as Ulu Muda is the largest and most important water catchment area for three northern states - Kedah, Penang and Perlis.
