Today we are making Pakistani style spinach (palak) curry with kitchen cooking secrets. br Ingredients: br Items : Quantity: br br Spinach(boiled) 1 cup br Onion 1 big size br Garlic paste 1 tbsp br Ginger paste 1 tbsp br tomatoes 1 big size br yogurt 2 tbsp br Red chili 1 tbsp br salt 1 tbsp br Coriander powder 1 tbsp br Garam masala 1 tbsp br Turmeric powder 1 tbsp br Green chilies As required br Coriander leaves As required br br Preparation: br br • Pour oil into the pan as required on medium heat. br • When the oil is hot add chopped onion and cook until it will become soft and brown br • After that add garlic and ginger paste to It and mix well br • Cook until garlic and ginger paste turns light brown in color then add chopped tomatoes and mix them. br • Add little water to it and cover it until tomatoes will become soft and cook. br • Now add all spices into it and mix them, cover it and keep stirring during cooking. br • When masala paste 70 percent cooked then add boiled spinach and mix it .cook spinach(palak) high to low flame for 8 or 10 min and keep stirring until the color of spinach will be changed. br • Now spinach curry is ready and uses green chilies and coriander leaves for garnishing. br • Now delicious spinach curry is ready to be served with roti.
