Marinade for 2 to 5 minutes.br Step 2.br Deep fry the marinade chicken pieces:br Pour the oil into the pan. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Once the oil will become hot, put the marinade chicken pieces into the oil and deep fry, until they turn brown in color. br br Step 3.br Preparation of the chicken Manchurian gravy:br Take another pan. Now pour the cooking oil into it. Heat the cooking oil over a medium flame. Now add the garlic and ginger paste to it. Fry them until they become light brown in color. Now add onion to the pan and Sauté these for about a minute or so. Add capsicum and fry on low flame, after that add black pepper, white vinegar, tomato puree, sugar, soya sauce mix them well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add water gradually when required. Now add corn starch slavery (water and corn starch flour mix). also, add fried chicken and cook for 3 minutes .delicious and yummy chicken Manchurian is ready and now serve with white rice or fried rice as you wish.
