The US Food and Drug Administration has granted an emergency use authorization for an at-home Covid-19 test ki.br br The kit will be available as an over-the-counter item, and not require a prescription to purchase it. br br The LabCorp Pixel COVID-19 Test Home Collection Kit will be available to anyone 18 and older.br br According to CNN, the kit uses nasal swab s to collect samples for testing. br br The samples are then sent to a LabCorp facility for testing.br br Positive or invalid results are delivered back to the consumer by phone or through a healthcare provider.
