Bilal, a warden of Lahore police, has fined 4250 rupees to a truck driver who overloaded the truck. The warden told UrduPoint anchor Burhan U Din that this was the biggest challan in Lahore's history. The truck was overloaded and could have caused any accident, so this fine is a big lesion for him.
