बिहार के पटना के लाल ने ऐसा काम किया है, जिसके ऊपर बिहार ही नहीं बल्कि पूरा देश गर्व कर रहा है. पटना के इस लाल को अमेरिका की एक यूनिवर्सिटी ने 2.5 करोड़ रुपये की स्कॉलरशिप देने का फैसला किया है.
