सर्दी ने सितम ढाना शुरू कर दिया है। तापमान में भारी गिरावट हो चुकी है। दिल्ली समेत पूरे उत्तर भारत में शीतलहर का प्रकोप जारी है। मैदानी इलाकों में तापमान नीचे गिरा है। दिल्ली,पंजाब, हरियाण सहित उत्तर भारत के ज्यादातर राज्यों में शीतलहर बरकरार है, जिसके चलते आज उत्तर भारत के ज्यादातर राज्यों में न्यूनतम तापमान में 1स 2 डिग्री गिरावट दर्ज की गई है। दिल्ली-एनसीआर में कोहरा आज सुबह से छाया हुआ है।
