Shenzhen’s NIO Delivery Center is located in Nanshan district, in an area where most car brands, such as Tesla, Geometry and Lynk & Co, have their cars delivered to. After ordering the car on the NIO app, you’ll get an app notification to pick up the car. After signing some paper work and a quick guide by the NIO sales, you’re good to go and you can immediately take the car home with a temporary license plate that is arranged by NIO. The “green” license plate is subsidized by the government in China, as the country is making great efforts in environmental measures and improvements.br br The NIO Delivery Center includes an office, coffee bar, a NIOLife display, children playground and a repair shop. For any issues with the car you can use the app to contact your NIO sales person.br An optional part of the NIO insurance package are a.o. free car washes, free parking at the airport, free driver arrangement, a free home charger and free daily digital NIO tokens, which you can exchange for NIOLife products, coffee at the NIO House, NIO community activities and other services.
