But if you’re over just having the same two vegetables every weeknight, we’ve got the recipe for you: Air Fryer Chicken Pot Pie! br br Here is what you’ll need:br br Ingredientsbr 6 tablespoons butterbr 6 tablespoons flourbr 2.5 cups chicken brothbr 2-3 tablespoons heavy creambr 2 cloves garlic, mincedbr 1 cup yellow onion, choppedbr 12 teaspoon saltbr 12 teaspoon black pepperbr 12 pound cooked rotisserie chicken, cubedbr 1 cup medium-diced carrots, blanched for 2 minutesbr 1 cup frozen peasbr ¼ cup minced fresh parsleybr ½ teaspoon dried thymebr 1 9-inch frozen pie crust, thawedbr 1 egg, slightly beatenbr br br Directionsbr br Flour surface.br Grab pie pie crust and roll it out slightly.br Place ramekin upside down on pie crust.
