The American billionaire Sheldon Adelson - one of Donald Trump's most prominent supporters - has died at the age of eighty-seven. He had been suffering from cancer. Mr Adelson was a major donor to Republican politicians and a staunch supporter of Israel. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
