A cyclist escaped serious injuries after he fell into a pass in a hilly area near Setia Triangle in Bayan Lepas on Sunday (Jan 24) morning.br br The victim, who is in his 30s, suffered a broken right leg due to the incident and has been sent to Penang Hospital for treatment.
