Bharatiya Janata Party leader Shahnawaz Hussain and Vikas Insan Party President Mukesh Sahni took the oath of legislative council on Friday. The council's executive chairman Awadhesh Narayan Singh administered the oath to both members. During this, BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain took oath in Urdu while Mukesh Sahni took oath in Hindi.

भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता शाहनवाज हुसैन और विकासशील इंसान पार्टी के अध्यक्ष मुकेश सहनी ने शुक्रवार को विधान पार्षद की शपथ ली। परिषद के कार्यकारी सभापति अवधेश नारायण सिंह ने दोनों सदस्यों को शपथ दिलाई। इस दौरान बीजेपी नेता शाहनवाज हुसैन ने उर्दू में शपथ ली जबकि मुकेश सहनी ने हिंदी में शपथ ली।
