Author and poet Joshua Bennett shares his newest poetry collection, "Owed" with Salon's D. Watkins. Bennett, who is an associate professor at Dartmouth College, also discusses the deeply complicated side of writing about race. br brbr brbr "It's strange to me because the relationship is still extractive in some sense, right?
