Abandoned cormorant chicks recover in Cape Town shelter

Abandoned by their parents, hundreds of Cape cormorant chicks, an endangered species, are cared for in a seabird clinic. They were recently rescued at the southern tip of Africa and brought by boat from Robben Island to the clinic, where volunteers care for the little orphans daily.
