Except for Delhi, UP and Uttarakhand, farmers are carrying out Chakka jam in the whole country. The farmers announced the Chakka jam for three hours and the police administration is all geared up to avoid any situation life 26 January violence. A large number of police forces have been deployed and Delhi borders are sealed.
