Ingredients br br Small onion – 250gmbr Lady finger – 4 piecebr Brinjal – 01 piecebr Grated coconut – 2 Cupbr Chilly powder – 2 tbspbr Coriander powder – 2 ½ tbspbr Turmeric – ½ tbspbr Coconut oil – 2 or 3 tbspbr Tamarind – 1 small piecebr Mustard seed – ½ tbspbr Salt as required br br br Preparationbr br br 1. Take a pan and add grated coconut (2 cup), 10 - 20 Nos of small onion and add some curry leaves.br Roast it till coconut turns golden brown. br br Then add 2 tbsp chilly powder, 2 ½ tbsp coriander powder and ½ tbsp turmeric br Mix it wellbr br Let it cool and grind the mixture with a small piece of tamarind.br br Then add some water to grind mixture to paste form.br br 2. Take a pan and add some coconut oil, after heated add some mustard seedbr br Add chopped vegetable slice (Lady finger, Brinjal) into it.br br Then mix the grinded mixture and add required salt, water and boil it.
