Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Farouk Eshak told The Star on Sunday (Feb 14) that a group of about 20 people seen in a video celebrating Chinese New Year at Bukit Ketumbar had violated Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs).br br He urged them to go to the Ampang Jaya police headquarters as soon as possible to assist in the police investigation.
