The Gauteng government is probing the drowning of 2 boys on a construction site in Mamelodi on Friday. The boys were allegedly swimming in a quarry when they drowned. Transport MEC, Jacob Mamabolo, says a senior counsel will be appointed to conduct the investigation. It wants to know if there was any negligence by the construction company.
