Holiday company Pontins discriminated against Traveller families by drawing up a list of Irish surnames to block them from making bookings. A whistleblower revealed there was a list of so-called "undesirable guests" which call handlers were told to consult. The Equality and Human Rights Commission investigated and says the practices amounted to racial discrimination. Report by Blairm.
