Don't forget to subscribe for more cooking videos br br Here are the ingredients:br br Batter:br - 1 12 cup cake flourbr - 1 12 tsp baking powderbr - 12 cup white sugarbr - 34 cup fruit cocktail juicebr - chopped fruit cocktailbr br Meringue:br - 4 egg whitesbr - 14 cup white sugarbr - 12 tsp cream of tartarbr br Procedure:br 1. Drain fruit cocktail. Set aside the fruit cocktail juice as we will use it for the puto batter.br 2. Divide the fruit cocktail into 2 portions. Chop the first half of it and set aside. br 3. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients of our puto batter. Then add the fruit cocktail juice. br 4. Once well mixed, add the chopped fruit cocktail. Mix again until well combined. Set aside. br 5. For our meringue, whisk 4 egg whites until frothy. Gradually add 14 cup white sugar and 1 tsp cream of tartar. Continue whisking at high speed until it forms a stiff peak.br 6. Gradually fold the meringue into puto batter.br 7. Grease cake molder with oil before pouring the puto batter. Top it with fruit cocktail. br 8. Cover the molder with foil to avoid the water from dripping over the puto cake.br 9. Steam for 20 to 25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.br 10. Let it cool before removing from the molder.
