Corona virus cases are steadily increasing in Maharashtra, Corona is wreaking havoc in Thane as well, hence the Thane administration announced a lockdown in 16 hotspots in the district on Monday. The lockdown has been imposed from March 9 to March 31. Municipal Commissioner Vipin Sharma said that the lockdown has been directed to be strictly enforced.
