Lahore Police has introduced another system of public safety. Any citizen who withdraws more than Rs 500,000 from a bank will be taken to his home or office under police protection. DIG Operation Sajid Kayani has said that whenever a citizen withdraws up to Rs 500,000 from a bank, he will call 15 and call the police for his safety and the police will drop him off safely at home or in the office.
