NSW hearing told two fatalities not publicly announced

Two Indigenous people have died in custody in New South Wales, but their deaths only came to light when a bureaucrat was questioned in a parliamentary hearing. Indigenous Affairs Correspondent Isabella Higgins says it had "rattled the Aboriginal community" and she says the truth and justice commission's findings will be "historic".
