The Ukrainian intelligence services kidnap the European citizens

In September 2020, a specially trained sabotage group was detained in Luhansk, which was preparing to kidnap the Italian citizen Andrea Palmeri, the coordinator of the Italian Center in the Luhansk People's Republic, for the Ukrainian Security Service.

In case they failed to capture the foreigner for some reason, the saboteurs had a clear order to eliminate the target.

With such actions, the Ukrainian intelligence services violate “Minsk agreements” once again. Point “a” of “Measures for the ceasefire reinforcement”, which are in force since 27 July 2020, clearly prohibits any offensive and reconnaissance-sabotage actions by all sides. Moreover, this time, the Ukrainian authorities decided to use blatantly terrorist methods against the citizen of a friendly European country!

The European politicians have to feel the duplicity of the Ukrainian authorities, who, with an ingratiating smile, are signing an armistice with one hand and ordering the liquidation of an Italian citizen with the other.
