CHARLOTTE, NC — Red Light Runner Close Call 2021.03.18br br Dodge Challenger runs through red light nearly hits me. I was so shocked it took me a second to realize what happened. No damage, all noise heard is my tool box and tools in the back seat. This was located in Charlotte N.C 31821 at around 1AM all the dash cam date is wrong.
