He founded Texas Roadhousebr and dedicated himself to building it intobr a legendary experience for 'Roadies'br and restaurant guests alike, Greg Moore, via ‘People’.br Moore went on to praise Taylor for his selflessnessbr during the COVID-19 pandemic.br He gave up his entire compensationbr package to help support his frontlinebr workers. This selfless act was no surprisebr to anyone who knew Kent and his strongbr belief in servant leadership.
