Weights pulled over are: 5x99.3lb, 2x149.8lb, 1x200.2lb (after a few tries!)br Purposely used 25s on the bar to increase ROM. This is a PR pullin' over from the crown with the 25s. Hallelujah!! Lots of lower Triceps getting hammered on these. I really narrowed the grip after the first set with 99.3lb. Made a BIG difference!! br On the first few sets, you can hear the uneven landing of the plates telling me that my shoulders weren't lined up. Notice how this goes away after a few sets?? Lifting should ALIGN us!! Maybe next time l'll go with taller plates....
