Following the historic win in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series win earlier this year Anand Mahindra the Chairman of Mahindra Group, had promised to gift new Mahindra Thar to 6 six young cricketers who played a key role in the series win. Lauding the youngsters back in January 2021, Mahindra had promised to gift the SUVs at his own expense.
