The central government has decided to close the centrally protected monuments. The Union Ministry of Culture has said that due to increasing cases of coronaviruses, the centrally protected monuments have been closed till May 15. This means that all historical monuments like the Red Fort and the Taj Mahal will now be closed to the people.
