Police have arrested two men for allegedly fighting outside a restaurant in Ipoh, Perak.br br Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm A. Asmadi Abdul Aziz said the fight had started after the 38-year-old delivery rider failed to pay for the food he ordered at the restaurant.
