The government is contemplating of procuring ARV's from Uganda given that there is a standoff between the Kenyan government and USAID. The cabinet secretary for health Mutahi Kagwe now says that he has reached out to the Ugandan government to procure the medicine given that people living with HIVAIDS fear that they will miss their doses.
