Brad Stevens spoke very briefly in his postgame interview after the Celtics pulled out a tough win against the Suns 99-86. Massachusetts native and Kentucky Wildcat Terrence Clarke was involved in a car accident in Los Angeles, and according to local news outlets it seems Clarke has passed away. Teammate BJ Boston was in a vehicle behind Clarke’s and is reportedly unharmed. Brad Stevens was at a loss for words and simply said “Yeah we responded when we needed to respond (to the Suns)...I just heard this news about Terrence Clarke, not sure how much I want to talk about the game… I don’t know what’s real yet… those kids are important to us here… I’ve never met him, my son looks up to him… it’s hard to talk about basketball right now...
