The Sessions Court in Shah Alam on Friday rejected the guilty plea of a former officer on the optional charge of extortion four years ago for allegedly received a total of RM50,000 bribe from a man as an inducement to close the man's corruption case under the investigation by the Malaysian Anti -Corruption Commission (MACC).
