Speaking on the Covid-19 pandemic in the country, Delhi Doctor Souradipta Chandra on April 23 said, “The new mutants seem to be undetectable by the RT-PCR tests, for some reason the RT-PCR tests are not being able to detect all of them. I do believe double-triple mutants are there and it’s possible that because of their change and the structure the tests are not able to detect them.
