Occurred on April 23, 2021 Connecticut, USAbr br Info from Licensor: "Merritt Parkway northbound. Start from exit 41 until exit 44. The driver just decided to be a menace out of nowhere. It started when he turned left towards the on-ramp from the right lane cutting off left turn-only cars. Then he proceeded to recklessly jump into the highway cutting people off. He would then speed up and slow down and zig-zag. Once he was side by side with the Blue van, he used a hand gesture as a gun shooting at the other driver. The van driver reacted by swerving into him. I have called the CSP to report him, but do not know the outcome.
