Mental Health Awareness Month. .br They will be posted to the website and Instagram page ofbr Big Sean's non-profit, the Sean Anderson Foundation.br Each episode will be 10 to 15 minutes longbr and feature the mother-son duo discussing techniquesbr to “attain and maintain emotional balance.” .br The offered techniques will revolve around everythingbr from diet and exercise to meditation and sleep. .br They will either be free or low-cost br in order to increase accessibility for all. .br I feel that Mental Health Awarenessbr Month is the perfect time to talkbr with my mom about some of thebr things I have learned from her thatbr have helped me along the way, andbr I hope will help others, Big Sean, via ‘Complex’.br Big Sean has openlybr spoken about his mentalbr health issues in the past. .br He revealed to fans in 2019 that part of the reasonbr he decided to cancel his 2018 tour with Playboi Cartibr was because he “wasn’t feeling like [himself].” .br So what I did was I started therapy.br I got a good therapist.
