The second wave of covid-19 has exposed the health care system of the country. Last year CM Nitish Kumar inaugurated a hospital named Jannayak Karpoori Thakur Medical College in Madhepura of Bihar. The hospital was built like a five-star hotel and a whopping amount of Rs 800 crore was spent for the project but in reality, patients are dying in absence of basic medical assistance.
