The Supreme Court will deliver its verdict on the Election Commission's plea against Madras High Court remarks holding its officials responsible for the surge in Covid-19 cases and fastening them withmurder charges. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मद्रास HC की चुनाव आयोग पर 'हत्या के आरोप' वाली टिप्पणी पर कहा है कि यह टिप्‍पणी कठोर और अनुचित थी.सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ने कहा कि मद्रास हाईकोर्ट की टिप्पणी जजमेंट का पार्ट नही थी. SC ने चुनाव आयोग की याचिका पर आदेश देने से इन्कार किया. अदालत ने कहा कि जजों को संयम बरतने की जरूरत है. अदालती कार्यवाहियों में कड़ी टिप्पणी करने की जरूरत नहीं है. देखें वीडियो
