Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan wrote another letter to PM Modi to seek an additional oxygen supply of 300 tonnes on an urgent basis, as Kerala reported a spike on Thursday clocking 39,955 with a Test Positivity Rate(TPR) of 28.61. This is the 3rd letter written by CM to PM within 10 days.
