Seems like Liquid Ocelot is one step ahead of Snake, just when Snake was about to kill him, Liquid managed to activate a serious pain for the people, causing grief to everyone including Snake & Meryl. Fortunately, Naomi, who has been MIA since MGS1, made her appearance here and saved Snake with some medication injection. I do not know why but she certainly does look like Zoey from L4D.
