At a media briefing on Thursday, Health Ministry joint secretary Lav Agarwal said that the Covid-19 case positivity rate in India has declined in the last two weeks.  br br The number of districts reporting a decline in case positivity rate increased from 210 between April 29 and May 5 to 303 districts in the week of May 13-19, the Health Ministry said.
