As per ANI reports, the Centre has filed a fresh affidavit in Delhi High Court mentioning that WhatsApp is obtaining 'trick consent' for its updated privacy policy. The Centre has maintained that WhatsApp is indulging in anti-user practice to obtain such 'trick consent.
