International Yoga Day is being celebrated across the country. At the same time, the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of Yoga Day are also being seen in the ITBP personnel posted in Ladakh. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, an ITBP jawan performed Surya Namaskar at an altitude of 18,000 feet at a temperature below zero degrees.

इंटरनेशनल योगा डे (International Yoga Day) देश भर में मनाया जा रहा है। वहीं योग दिवस ( Yoga Day )का उत्साह और जोश लद्दाख में तैनात ITBP के जवानों में भी देखने को मिल रहा है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस (International Yoga Day) के अवसर पर ITBP के एक जवान ने 18,000 फीट (18000 Feet) की ऊंचाई पर शून्य डिग्री (zero tempreture) से नीचे के तापमान में सूर्य नमस्कार किया।
