Please try it at home and share your experience with us and Friends, don't forget to subscribe, share, like and commentsbr br INGREDIENTS:-br - 2 cup of wheat flourbr - 12 cup gram flourbr - 12 cup semolina (Suji)br - 1 cup grated bottle gourd ( lauki ) br - 12 tsp red chilli powderbr - 12 tsp turmeric powder br - 1 tbsp oilbr - 12 cup coriander leaves br - salt to taste br br For Tadka:br - 2 tbsp Oilbr - 1 tbsp Mustard Seedsbr - 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds br - 1 green Chillibr br Method:br - Boil a pot of water and over it place the greased sieve on the top and cover it with a lidbr - In a bowl mix together wheat flour, semolina (Suji), gram flour, grated bottle gourd ( lauki ), coriander leaves, red chili powderbr , turmeric powder, coriander leaves and saltbr - Apply oil to your palm and make cylindrical roll of the dough and place it on the steamer and let it steam for 10-15 minutesbr - Let them cool down completely and then chop them into thin slicesbr - Heat some oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies and add the muthia and toss them up.
