Occurred on June 21, 2021 Huntington Beach, California, USAbr br : I was at Jack’s surf shop in Huntington Beach, California, and was standing behind a guy with 2 bulldogs. The one (being carried) wouldn’t stop barking at my bulldog so he ended up picking his up and slung him over his shoulder.
