The Malaysian Border Security Agency’s (Aksem) rationalisation programme will see the agency fully operated by the police by the end of Sept 2021, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin said on Wednesday in a press conference on the progress of the restructuring of Aksem.
